Bidder registration begins July 1st and continues through the auction on September 13th, 2008.    To bid on vehicles available at the auction you must be registered to bid.  Registered bidders receive bidder credentials along with one complimentary guest pass to the preferred auction seating area.  While bidders may register at the auction, we strongly recommend that you pre-register as this will save you both money and time on auction day.
Bidder Registration Checklist:  You must register prior to bidding on an auction lot.  No bids will be accepted from unregistered bidders.

1. To register please complete and return a signed Bidder Registration Form.
1. Bidders may pre-register by downloading and returning a completed Bidder Registration Form before the auction or register at the auction site.

2. Additional items needed at the time of registration or when picking up your passes:
1. Copy of Drivers License, State ID or Passport.
2. Dealers must provide a copy of a current dealer license and state resale tax ID.
3. Proof of auto insurance.
3. Bidders may register using one of the following methods:
1. A Bank Letter of Guarantee up to your desired bid limit (preferred method).
2. A Cash Deposit
1. Advance deposit of $1,000.
2. Deposit can be cash or a non-charged authorization to a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
3. A Cashier’s Check made out to Rinstad Auctions LLC equal to the full amount of your desired bid limit.
4. Consignors receive complimentary Bidder registration and credentials with submission of completed, signed, and accepted consignor’s agreement.
1. The approved bid limit is determined by the estimated value of the consigned vehicle (as determined by Rinstad Auctions, LLC).  Consignors may increase their bid limit by submitting a Bank Letter of Guarantee, Cash Deposit, or Cashier’s Check.

BUYER PREMIUM:  A buyer premium of 6% will be added to the final sale price of all consigned vehicle lots sold.
